Yamaha R-N600 Black

I connected the amplifier to two KEF Q350 speakers. The sound is beautiful and clear. The connection options are numerous (note: no HDMI) and it's truly designed for music lovers. This amplifier has 4 digital inputs (2x COAX and 2x Optical) and 5 analog inputs (CD, 3x Line in, and Phono). It also has 2 analog outputs, allowing you to record various sources on your MiniDisc or cassette recorder for true old-school vibes. Internet radio and my own CDs stored on my NAS can be streamed without any problems.

The only thing that's a bit disappointing is the DAB+ reception. While I can easily receive many DAB multiplexes with inexpensive portable radios, the Yamaha next to the window struggles considerably. The included antenna doesn't pick up the national 9C multiplex (which broadcasts Sublime, among others), even though that ensemble comes in incredibly strong on the portable radio. I also tried a special outdoor antenna instead of the supplied one, but that didn't offer much improvement. Finding your favorite DAB radio station is also quite a task; the stations are randomly arranged, not alphabetically.

So, aside from the (DAB) tuner, I'm very satisfied with the amplifier.
