Super barbecue for smaller group.

I bought this barbecue as an addition to my large weber premium one touch 57. Since our family consists of only 2, the large weber is often a lot of work to light for 2 people. The small one is perfect for a quick barbecue evening for the 2 of us. It uses a lot less coal and can be stored perfectly in a kitchen cupboard. The disadvantage compared to my large version is the lack of the temperature sensor in the lid. I thought I had bought the premium version of this one at first, but afterwards I don't miss the extra handle. It cools down fairly quickly after barbecuing so that it can be put back inside fairly quickly. We often put 2 hamburgers, 2 sausages, 2 satays and 2 fries on it at the same time. This way the grid is nicely filled. And as I am used to from Weber, the quality is top notch. Handle does not get hot when lifted, enough air holes, ...

Not a real Weber

  • lid with lock
  • perfect for 2 people
  • no ventilation at the bottom
Very happy with it, but I drilled a few holes myself at the bottom. When the lid closes, it quickly chokes and the temperature drops noticeably... With holes at the bottom it's much better, but nothing beats the real big Weber.
