My non-stick coating on my old Teflon pan was damaged, so when I got the chance to test this pan, it came in handy. The pan seems solid, is quite heavy but not too much, so easy to handle. The pan has a ceramic non-stick coating, so it is PFAS-free, which gives a safe feeling. The thermospot is also handy, because it shows you when the pan is at the right temperature. The non-stick coating works very well, I have already prepared several dishes and nothing has stuck. It really glides over the bottom. After baking, the pan is also very easy to clean, just clean it with soapy water and it is ready for use again. This is really the best pan I have ever had!

It really is the best frying pan I have ever had. The pan feels solid and has a fantastic non-stick coating (without PFAS so healthy). Everything I have prepared in it so far slides over the bottom. Burning is a thing of the past. The thermospot is also very handy, because this way you know exactly when the pan is at the right temperature. The handle also stays cold during baking, which is also very nice. Cleaning is also a breeze, a little hot water with some washing-up liquid and the pan is clean again. In short, a great pan!

Nice pan, non-stick coating works well. Thermo signal prevents me from starting to bake too soon. Dishwasher safe. Bottom warps a bit when used on gas but remains usable. Handle barely gets warm.
