The vacuum cleaner works great in terms of suction power, even on a high-pile rug in a house with a dog. Maneuvers well around furniture. But the app and the map no longer work after 1 week. For example, the vacuum cleaner skips parts of the map for no reason and now the app can no longer be used at all. It indicates that the vacuum cleaner must perform an update, but this update keeps failing and the app can no longer be used. Bizarre for a product of 750 euros! Fortunately, the vacuum cleaner can still be switched on manually. Reinstalling the app did not work, tried on multiple phones.

look i have already had several robot vacuum cleaners from the best brands up to now. every time just after the warranty they broke, the last one was an aeg most expensive in its class, collided a lot, noise (normal) 2 x charging, so a very good robot vacuum cleaner and broken within the warranty. this was perfectly followed up and communicated by coolbleu, refunded because it could not be repaired. now i have this rowenta, well what a difference in everything. the construction structure is very solid and feels very premium. setting it up on the wifi is a piece of cake if you follow the instructions. the collection container is really on the small side but if you empty it every day it is not a problem that it is too small. they do this specifically because you would then buy an automatic dirt collection, this choice is up to you. it is recommended. i did not expect it from rowenta
