For me an easy way to quickly set up a good mesh network at home

After much deliberation, I decided to buy the BE65 and not to go for the BE85 for my new-build home. This is partly because of the costs, but also given the fact that I will not be using faster internet in the near future than the 2.5GB ports can handle. For that reason, I didn't think it was worth spending almost double on 10GB ports that I wouldn't be able to use to their full potential for a while. I have a deco unit on every floor in my new home. Initially, only the main unit in the meter cupboard was wired, but nevertheless I had the maximum internet speed of the connection in almost my entire home (200mb/s down and 250mb/s up). Now I have to wait until the Cat 7 UTP cables arrive so that I can connect everything wired and then enjoy higher speeds from the fiber optic cable. Installation was very easy and went smoothly with the deco app. You do have to mess around with the settings because, for example, the MLO network is not immediately enabled by default. All in all, very satisfied with this purchase, which will provide very fast internet throughout the house for the time being. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the price. It is an expensive purchase, but one that can last for years.
