Upgrade for my 12 old VSX827 Pioneer, works well. Installation has to be done via the TV and is quite easy. I missed the video ports, but Denon indicated based on the serial number that it did not have them. To compress. However, it was stated in the manual. Didn't feel like exchanging and got a nice discount in the form of a voucher. Old DVD player did not have HDMI so I ordered a CD/DVD player with HDMI, works perfectly. What is less for a pricey but good receiver is that the remote control feels very light and cheap. Vague push buttons with slow response. Spotify (via mobile or tablet) and internet radio work perfectly. Only 4 preset buttons on the remote control. To scroll to other channels, you will have to turn on the TV.
