Note: this DIMM RAM module doesn't fit in a laptop or Mac computer. Your motherboard has to have a DDR4 connector. In order to check this, go to Windows Task Manager, 'More Details', under the 'Performance' tab. Under 'Memory', it shows DDR3 or DDR4. In case there's no information about the connector, you'll need a DDR4.

After installing a second hand set I always get a BSOD after starting a server or using a lot of RAM on some games. This caused many files to become corrupted.

Ik ben bezig een oudere desktop te upgraden, vooraf wel de compabiliteit nagekeken, maar het is altijd maar afwachten of het ook echt werkt. Vervang proces ging soepel, oude kaarten eruit, nieuwe kaarten erin, computer aan en lopen maar. Computer loopt blij weg met de extra ram en geen performance of stabiliteitsproblemen gehad sinds de upgrade.
