Description

The Fellowes LX50 is a paper shredder for at home or your home office. With this paper shredder, you can shred 9 A4 sheets in one go and directly collect them in the large 17L container. This is spacious enough for 217 sheets. After 5 minutes of continuous shredding, the LX50 needs to cool down for 30 minutes. The machine meets the DIN-P4 safety level. One A4 is shredded into 421 shreds. Not using the machine for a moment? You can switch on the safety lock. This turns off the blades and prevents accidents.   • The container is filled fairly quickly, but if it is not used daily, it will be plenty.

Highly recommended. Solid device and super easy to use, plug and play. Shred 4 full binders in 1 day.

I was lucky enough to be able to test this chipper. I started with a box of old paper. More leaves fit in at the same time than in my old shredder, really great. Do you really stick to the maximum number, otherwise the paper will be stuck really well.

Very solid paper shredder. Not only in strings but also in pieces. Works great if you want to shred a stack of paper. In addition to a button as a security lock, the thing doesn't turn on when you take it apart, so it's pretty safe. Can also accommodate staples, paper clips and bank cards. I'm curious if that causes wear and tear. It is advisable to also oil it every now and then.
