I always use genuine HP cartridges for my HP Officejet.
The most important thing for me is that the printer is reliable at home because I also use it for my office at home and the prints are of good quality.
With these HP cartridges, I get a lot of prints from each cartridge, even if it's already 'almost gone', it continues to work for pages for a few more pages (you may want to shake the cartridge if you start to see stripes, then it will last even longer!) . The good thing is that HP does not software block that the cartridge is empty, so you can really keep going until the last ink is used up.
When installing the new toner, the printer calibrates itself and you can immediately enjoy good quality prints.
I also think it is very important, because printing is quite an attack on the environment and the toners are full of chemicals and also contain many types of materials, that these are recycled well.
HP supports this through their recycling program, so if a cartridge is empty just go to hp.com/recycle and create a return label. Then you send the empty cartridge back to HP via UPS and they ensure that it is properly processed. This is an important plus for the sustainable entrepreneur!
