As indicated, a nice pan that heats well and also retains this heat for a while. A property that is generally very important for wok woks. Attachment of the handle is nice, but dirt can get in there if you don't pay attention to it when cleaning the pan. The structure of the bottom is very pleasant, but it does ensure that baking an egg is not an option. Due to the Tri Ply construction, the upright side of the pan can also be used as a baking/roasting surface. This way you can nicely sear a steak while it also stays at the right temperature. Please note this pan does not have a non-stick coating, so don't expect the same from it. You must first let this pan heat up well, fry the meat briefly on both sides, then the temperature can be lowered if desired. You can clean it by adding warm water and letting it soak for 15 minutes. Then it's clean in no time. Directly with a washing-up brush in it is not an option, at most it gives frustration, but as mentioned before, this pan has no non-stick coating and therefore deserves a different treatment. If you want to keep it affordable but a Demeyere experience, you should definitely give this wok a chance!
