We set it to Cont. after 20 hours a full reservoir. Set to 40-50-60% at 20 hours almost no water in reservoir, probably the hygrometer is not accurate. Our hygrometer indicated 80% humidity, in the room where it is running. Consumption is low, sound is like a portable air conditioner. Is a small compact device, with an attractive price, that does its job well.
