This is one of the top models from Miele, a top brand. So you pay a bit, but you get something decent for it. This is incredibly quiet compared to our previous machine. During the spin phase it is louder, but during the rest of the cycle it is almost inaudible (in the beginning I kept checking to see if it was actually on). Washes very well as far as I notice. Many programs and the app is nice to choose your programs and monitor consumption. Remote start is also handy sometimes.
