The speaker has a 18-hour battery life, so you can enjoy your songs all afternoon and evening. For an extra atmospheric night, you can turn on the light show that moves to the beat of the music. The microphone only catches sound from the front because of the cardioid directional characteristics. This way, the microphone doesn't catch sound from the speaker and you won't hear a high squeak. You connect the microphone with the included cable to the PartyBox.
