Start one of the 3 preset massage programs or create your own massage on the built-in LED touchscreen. You can charge the product with the included charging cable, so it lasts 5 to 11 hours. The handle of the massage gun turns red when the battery is almost empty, so you're never without your massage unexpectedly. After use, you ca safely store the product in the sturdy carrying case.
