What a beautiful and useful device! Been using it for 2 months now and have had hardly any problems except for the first 2 days. That problem was caused by the filter coffee: we kept throwing in scoops but no coffee came. Went to coolblue Eindhoven where it turned out that the entire machine was full of coffee, so nothing came out.
