Description
In the BK Brilliant Wok 28cm, you can healthily prepare stir-fry vegetables and meat strips thanks to the PFAS-free non-stick coating. That's because the pan is free from harmful chemical substances and has a ceramic coating. This means you won't have to use much oil or butter while you cook and your ingredients won't stick to the pan. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including an oven up to 160°C. That's useful in case you want to keep your dish warm a little longer. Thanks to the high edge, your ingredients won't fall out of the pan when you're stir-frying and you can keep your cooktop free from food rests. After cooking, you clean the wok in the dishwasher.

used only 1 time First impression : plate is very quiet, I was afraid that the power would be too little (1 phase) but when driving a complete meal no difference with gas noticed, so great. Only I have my doubts whether the plate is hard enough to remain scratch-free (the first scratch is already on it despite new pans. Just ordered pan protectors so that there are no more scratches)

Bakes well, heats up quickly and distributes heat well. However, of the 5 induction fires we have, the wok only works on 2, and on one of them you also have to put the wok exactly in the middle. That's super clumsy: just shake the food and put the pan back slightly shifted, and your fire goes out... I suspect it's a very nice pan on other types of fires, but I wouldn't recommend it for induction.
