This is useful if you record yourself on the ski slope. The image sensor of the HERO 11 has a wide viewing angle. You record in an 8:7 aspect ratio. You can crop the images to the desired aspect ratio without loss of quality. This way, you can make a vertical video of 9:16 for your Instagram stories. The HyperSmooth 5.0 image stabilization prevents motion blur, so you can record stable images.
