The MSI Optix G32CQ4 E2 is a 32-inch QHD 170Hz curved gaming monitor for gamers who don't like screen tearing. Thanks to the 170Hz refresh rate, you can experience every game fluently and without screen tearing. The 1ms response time prevents ghosting, so you can focus on your game. You can also enjoy sharp graphic thanks to the QHD resolution, which is 2 times sharper than Full HD. Sometimes, your video card is a bit too fast for the screen. Have an AMD video card? FreeSync Premium matches the number of frames of your video card to the refresh rate of your monitor. This allows you to experience fast shooters and racing games without tearing and stuttering, even when you game in HDR. Ready for an immersive gaming experience? In a way, the curved design bends the screen around your field of view. This makes it look like you're right in the middle of your game. Turn on first person view while you're in a cockpit or racing car, for example. The G27C4 is also compatible with the next gen consoles, like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Connect these to the HDMI 2.0 port and play games at 60Hz in QHD on the Xbox, and at 120Hz in Full HD on the PS5.
Note: the maximum refresh rate via HDMI is 144Hz. If you want to game at 170Hz, you'll have to connect the monitor via DisplayPort.

Since it is a neutral screen without too much fuss, the screen is perfect for work, but also for gaming. The screen is fast and the colors are good. Unfortunately, there is no option to turn off the power button light. This is now reflected back on my desk. Definitely not a deal breaker, but still a shame!
