I feel cheated by Razer. This is the 3rd Razer Kraken headset I have purchased. The first two were of decent metal quality. this is a plastic cheap feeling product. Doesn't look anything like its 2 predecessors. In addition, you have to purchase additional software to have an EQ. Scandalous!

Bought this as a replacement for the v1. Was very satisfied with the v1, hence the v3 as successor. Only noticeable difference for me now is the chroma on the headset, sound and mic are still fine. Wearing comfort is also still good

Could be due to the hot weather, but the headset feels a bit warm to the ears after a while. Otherwise a nice headset, good sound, mic sounds good.
