With the Google Nest WiFi Pro 4-pack, you can establish a fast and stable WiFi connection on 3 floors of an average house or a large house. This mesh system supports WiFi 6E. This is the newest version of WiFi, which gives you an extra frequency band. You can see this frequency band as an extra lane for your fast devices. The network speed is higher and you won't be bothered by your neighbors. You can also connect dozens of devices, without suffering from instability. The Google Nest WiFi Pro set also works as a smart home hub. The router also supports devices with Thread as a base station.

    Beautiful, fast and easy to install mesh router

    • Simple setup
    • High speed
    • Little interference (still) on the 6Ghz frequency of neighbors
    • Few configuration options

    Configuring the two mesh routers was very easy. Ziggo internet cable in port 1. Then have Ziggo put the modem in bridge mode by Ziggo. Then started the Google home app and followed the steps there. After 2 minutes everything was configured. Then connected the second mesh router to the power and set it as a Mesh point in the google home app. That also went smoothly and quickly. Situation: 1920s house with wooden floors and stone walls. 1 point in the living room. 1 point in the corridor on the first floor (+- 10m). Transfer speed of 350mb/s in the attic with WiFi6 (+- 10m from point in the hallway). Very satisfied with the speed and reception. Stability is also good. With about 20 devices in the network.

    Not sure if it was worth the upgrade..

    • Tight model
    • Automatic switching between 2.4 5 and 6 GHz channel (device and pod determine the best bandwidth together)
    • By placing a switch after your router you can connect the other pods with a cable
    • Clumsy power plug

    Was particularly curious about the range and speed compared to nest wifi and that is disappointing. Wifi is always up by the way.
