This EufyCam 3 is an expansion that only works with the HomeBase 3. With this expansion, you can secure an indoor or outdoor location. You can connect the camera to Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit. This means you can also control it with your voice. It has improved night vision and a motion sensor. This recognizes people, so the camera doesn't record unnecessarily when there's an animal nearby. The range of the cameras is longer. The signal stays strong this way, even at a greater distance from the base station. You first connect the base station to your router via an Ethernet cable. The EufyCam 3 stores footage on the local hard drive. You can review the footage via a secure connection in the app. This means you don't need a cloud subscription to store footage. Want to store extra footage? Cloud storage is also possible. The built-in battery of the cameras lasts a year with average use. After that, you can recharge it.

Camera is fantastic. Transmission of reports via the Homebase takes too long. Camera lowers into the wall bracket. If I turn it a bit it's too high. I can't think of anything other than to screw a bracket under it for support. That shouldn't be necessary. Or am I the only one with this problem and my braces are lame or something?

The product works well. Good picture, good sound. However, it broke after six months. Coolblue does not arrange this directly with the customer. The camera is sent to eyfy pending analysis. Forced to buy a camera again to maintain security behind the house.
