With the KitchenAid 5KCG8433ECA Candy Apple Red, you can grind coffee very precisely thanks to the 70 different coffee settings. You can grind your coffee beans from coarse to extra fine for various coffees. You can use this bean grinder for making espressos, thanks to the built-in holder for your portafilter. You can indicate the desired amount of coffees via the dial, after which the coffee grinder will automatically adjust the grinding duration. That way, you're sure you always choose the best settings. Do you want to make a large mount of coffee in one go? You can collect the ground coffee in the included container. After use, you can clean the container in the dishwasher and clean the bean hopper by hand.

Good grind
Many setting options that are easy to operate

Always used a hand bean grinder but it became too much work now that I work much more at home. Bought this because we also have other KitchenAid equipment in the kitchen, despite some lesser reviews from coffee websites compared to grinders in the same price range. After more than a week of intensive use, I am very pleased with this grinder. The design and the like are nice, but the grinding degree (ultimately the most important) is also very good for a piston espresso machine and is in no way inferior to my very good hand grinder. Personally, I find it ideal to use the portafilter and grind precisely for a cup. As a result, faster coffee, more consistent and also less messing around with coffee scoops, etc.
