The HyperX Solocast is a microphone that's great to record podcasts or music with. You can easily connect the microphone to your PC or PlayStation 4 and 5 with a USB cable. This means that you don't need an external sound card and you can record right away. You can place the microphone on your desk with the included table stand. This way, you can keep your hands free and aim the microphone at your mouth. You can easily turn the microphone off by tapping the top of the microphone with your finger.

Perfect microphone for streaming games

The HyperX Quadcast has a nice design. Gives good sound. In is easy to connect to a microphone arm with the supplied connector. Quality is quite okay. Similar to the Blue Yetti microphones. You can quickly turn it on or off by tapping the top of the microphone. The beautiful red lighting is very noticeable in the evening, in low light. Much better intelligibility with streaming than sound via headset microphones, or via webcams alone. In my opinion, the HyperX Quadcast is a perfect microphone, making your stream setup a valuable extension. Highly recommended.

I've had this microphone for a few days now and have already been able to test it extensively. I chose this microphone for its many possibilities, the beautiful design and the easy use. I am very satisfied with it and it fully meets my expectations. I use the microphone while gaming, streaming and occasionally playing guitar. You can very easily choose from the different recording options. I would recommend an arm for the microphone. When the microphone is on the table, it easily picks up the sounds of strumming on the table, typing on the keyboard and clicking the mouse. You can easily attach the microphone to the arm with the supplied coupling piece.
