In these hot times we always sleep with the tower fan on in the bedroom. The downside, however, is that that thing makes a terrible noise. For that reason, we had already bought earplugs made of foam a few weeks ago. These were also comfortable and suppressed the noise so that we could sleep well. And the next morning I woke up well rested. No pain in my ears and no earplug stuck deep in my ear. They were still exactly as I put them in the night before. I had them out again within 1 second. Don't pull the tab, just grip the cap with my fingers and gently pry it off to avoid a vacuum feeling.
Also very convenient that it comes with a small box where you can store them neatly. Cleaning is also easily done under the tap. Let it dry for a while and then put it back in the box.
