The Yamaha HS5 is an active studio speaker for a small studio at home. Color isn't added to the sound, so you can easily make decisions about your productions. The room trim control function adjusts the speaker to the acoustics of your studio. This is useful if the room is sensitive to low resonating frequencies. The frequency range of the speaker goes up to 54Hz.
