One For All URC7145 - Universal Remote

My bad experiences with Logitech universal remotes made me hesitate to buy another one. But at this price, wtf! Samsung TV, Denon receiver, telenet box ... a piece of cake to set up and use, and all functions work out of the box. It is more difficult for the Epson beamer and Nvidia shield, because they are not in the list of devices that you can set with one numerical code. I had to make a choice between the 2, because you can "only" control 4 devices. We only turn the beamer on or off, you want to be able to operate the Nvidia shield. The problem is that the Nvidia can only be assigned to the same button as the telenet box, unfortunately you can't add it under a different device button. I tried under the Blu button, but there the remote only accepts codes that are in the Blu group. And Nvidia isn't listed there. You can get around this by assigning a random code from that group and then manually learning each button of the Nvidia. It's quite a job, but it's possible. And that was the most important to me. Let's be honest, it takes some getting used to. If you want to operate another device, you have to select it first and that takes some getting used to. Otherwise, great stuff.
