If the ground is still humid enough, the sensor skips the watering. You can use the sensor for lawns, flowerbeds, and small flowerpots. The sensor lies low on the ground, so robot lawn mowers can drive over it without issues. The sensor works together with the GARDENA Water Controls and Multi-Channel Controls. The status of the sensor is visible on the water controller. The sensor is always reliable and ensures correct watering.
