With the Tefal Ever Sharp Chef's Knife 16.5cm, you get a knife that's always sharp, thanks to the holder with built-in knife sharpener. When you take the knife out of the holder, you automatically sharpen the knife. The knife is made of stainless steel, so it lasts a long time. You can use the knife for everyday preparations, such as cutting meat, vegetables, or herbs. The plastic handle provides a comfortable grip while cutting. The cap of the holder can be removed, so you can easily clean the sharpener. The holes in the holder allow the sharpener and the holder to dry properly after cleaning.

This knife fits well in the hand, it is not too heavy so that I can cut easily. It feels good solid. The holder it belongs in is very handy. I wonder if he really stays that sharp after a while. It does take up a bit more space, but that doesn't matter to me.

What a good and fine knife this is. Really very convenient. After storage and recommissioning, the blade is automatically sharpened. That way you always have a good knife. And also very nice that it has some kind of child lock, you can't just pull the knife out.
