Easy a nice stack of pancakes

I've been looking for a good pancake pan for a while. Several I had to throw away because the bottom warped. That won't happen with this one, the bottom is heavy and thick. So it takes a little longer for it to get hot enough. The Thermo-Signal in the bottom slowly turns red throughout and that is the pan hot enough to bake in. The Titanium coating is safe and super strong, also for metal spatulas. So turning a thin pancake or omelette is easy, also because of the low edge. To extend the lifespan, it is recommended to wash by hand.
