It is a very nice device. I use it not only for my neck but also for my lower back. I regularly suffer from neck & back pain and this device really provides relief. It's nice that you actually have a solution for your problem right away. It is also a nice relaxation moment during the day.

Very nice massage machine. It is especially nice that you determine the intensity with both the buttons and by pulling harder on the loops. I even got goosebumps when I found the right muscle/knot. Also works on battery, so it can be used freely in the room instead of close to a socket.

I am very satisfied with this massage tool. Use it for neck, shoulder, back, but it can also be used for other places such as legs. Have had it for about two weeks now and use it almost daily. Since then I have significantly less trouble with my neck and for the other places it is just nice to experience a massage. Especially if you don't have a physical massage at your disposal. Charging the battery works well and by means of a colored light you can see the charging status or when charging is needed. Also usable by cable if you can't wait for the battery to be full. Battery was an important reason for me to choose this version. Then you can use the device anywhere in the house. The design of the product works fine, you can determine the place and strength very precisely by using the loops. However, it is not a small device. In addition, the device stops automatically after 15 minutes. With this you can also easily use it in between and you know exactly how long the massage was going on. Downside for me is that I can't see which of the 3 massage positions I'm on, nor whether I have heat on. It takes a while until that heat is felt and then it would be nice if you can see whether it is on or not. Heat is a handy extra functionality. In short, highly recommended and absolutely worth the money!
