The GreenPan Craft High-Sided Skillet with Lid 30cm is ideal for making stir fry dishes or dishes that need to simmer for a long time, such as stew. With the included lid, you can cook dishes slowly. You get a durably produced pan which lasts a long time. The pan has a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. This means you need little butter or oil and you cook more healthily. Thanks to the straight sides of the pan, the baking surface is larger. This means you have more room in the pan. The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 220°C. After use, you simply clean the pan in the dishwasher.

I can finally make my 1 pan dishes without ingredients trying to escape due to a pan that is too small. Only our stove does not have a large enough surface and does not heat the entire pan at the bottom, but still works fine with the lid on.
