Bosch ErgoMixx MS6CB6110

For a test panel I was able to try the hand blender with measuring cup and slicer MS6CM6120. I will post my findings here. I would like to mention that I also have a blender and extensive food processor. While unpacking I noticed that the hand blender is quite heavy but it is solid. First I made a mistake with the lid of the chopper. So it cannot be put in the dishwasher. Unfortunately I did and it was full of water. Took a long time to shake out the water but it worked. This lid should only be removed with a damp cloth. That is also a downside because your mixture that you make always splashes against this and here is also the connection to the cutting plate, which is bumpy. Food remains linger and is therefore difficult to keep hygienic. With the chopper I cut onions and made an accompanying recipe for smoothie. Cutting onions with this really takes a few seconds, but we thought they were too fine. My roommates said I made soup out of it. Tried at various speeds but they remain (too) fine. What I wonder is whether you end up smelling the onion smell on the lid because of not cleaning properly. The smoothie was a recipe from an enclosed separate booklet. Recipe was wrong - this aside - but the indicated quantities (for 2 pers.) did not fit in the cutter. After mixing for a while, some ingredients were added, but not everything could go in. Adding was easy because you could leave the stick blender motor on the lid and then just open the chopper. The bowl was very full which meant that I had to put my fingers in the smoothie to remove the cutting plate. Not hygienic. All in all, the cutter is a nice product that works well, but I do have some caveats. Positive are the suction cups under the bowl and the sealing lid to store your product. A measuring cup is also included. Nice big. Also with closing lid to store your prepared product. Glad you don't have to throw it over. Mayonnaise made with a stick blender according to the recipe in the manual. This went well and was made in a jiffy. There are 2 booklets of instructions for use which are suitable for multiple versions of this hand blender. I have taken the booklets several times to look for information. I found this all a bit messy because a lot of it didn't apply to the implementation that I was allowed to test. Personally, I think the set is pricey, but I also have other devices that are also suitable for my use. My advice is to take a good look at what I want with this device and make an informed choice. Hopefully my review will help you with this!

I've been using the Bosch ErgoMixx MS61B6170 hand blender for a few weeks now. I was really pleasantly surprised by it, there is a lot of power in the hand blender and the speed is very easy to adjust to any speed that suits you. No useless accessories, but super handy without your kitchen cupboard being full ;) Sniping, without tears, done in no time, nicely equal pieces and stuff just in the dishwasher. Crushing ice, making mayonnaise, whipping egg whites, things are easy to pack and easy to clean again. The device fits comfortably in the hand and the sound level is fine. I'm really happy with it, with my previous hand blender I noticed that it sometimes didn't have enough power, this one has more than enough. All accessories fit together well and you really don't have to read the manual to know how it works. Addition after using it for a while: Still a nice device, I notice that I will use it for more and more things. Just made delicious milkshakes with it for the kids!
