Description
You can use the Russell Hobbs Sous Vide Slowcooker 6.5L both as a slowcooker and sous vide appliance. With the included rack, you can hang bags in boiling water to cook ingredients sous vide. Ideal for marinated vegetables and meat. You insert the included thermometer in your meat during the slowcook process. That way, you know when your meat has reached the right temperature for the perfect preparation. Do you want to cook the meat based on time instead of temperature? Set the timer to the desired cooking time. With the keep-warm function, the dish stays hot after preparation without cooking further. This is ideal for when you start dinner a little later than expected.

Ease of use.. and someone else had written that if the pan has been on and you want to use it again, it must first cool down completely before it works again. This is not true..
