If you really want to make unique images, the GoPro MAX 360 is a suitable camera. You can make both 360-degree images and regular action camera images. I only find it a pity that I don't see a 360-degree preview on the camera's screen.

360-degree images A 360-degree camera has 2 lenses that film everything around you. The camera's software stitches the images together, allowing you to choose any angle afterwards. This has 2 advantages: you don't have to pay attention to your angle while filming and you make unique images. For example, I create a shot where it looks like I'm standing on a globe. This works very easily. I hold the camera up, take a 360-degree photo or video and download the images in the GoPro Quik app. In the app, I zoom out the image and rotate the preview until the image looks like a globe. I'm in the middle of the photo and it looks like I'm standing on top of the world. Another advantage of the 360 degree angle of view is that I can cut both a horizontal and vertical image from one shot. This is how I post my videos on YouTube and TikTok.

GoPro Quik app I know the GoPro Quik app from the other GoPro cameras and I think it is a nice app with many possibilities. When I connect the camera to the app, I can watch the images I record live via my phone. This is useful, for example, when I film myself from a tripod. I also start or stop the recording via the app. After filming, I edit the images in the app. I choose the angle of view of my 360 degree images and give the images an effect. For example, I make them a little more colorful. I then immediately post these videos on social media.

Action camera The GoPro MAX 360 not only makes 360 degree images, it also works as an action camera. The camera only uses one lens. I choose whether it uses the front or the rear lens. The camera is waterproof up to 5 meters deep, which allows me to make nice images while snorkeling, for example. The image quality of the action camera images is lower than that of other GoPro action cameras. Thanks to the standard GoPro mount, I can attach the camera to all GoPro attachments, such as a tripod. The camera's software removes the tripod from the images, making it look like someone else is filming me.
