In the Tefal Multi Moulinette MQ7231, you can mix and grind spices and vegetables, and also harder ingredients such as ice or coffee beans. You receive both a default blade and a serrated blade. The serrated blade is sharp and powerful enough for ice cubes, coffee beans, or dried fruits. The sauce accessory makes it very easy to make homemade mayonnaise. You can choose between 2 speed settings and a turbo function. This allows you to adjust the speed to the preparation. After use, you can simply put the parts in the dishwasher and store the compact food chopper in a kitchen cabinet.

Bought this mainly for making guacamole and mayonnaise. The small hole in the yellow lid allows you to add a good dash of oil in one go, which then slowly drips into your dish. Ideal for making your own fresh mayonnaise. You'll have delicious mayo in no time. I had its distant predecessor (Optimo) for about 15 years before the gears in the engine gave out, I have high hopes that it will be that strong again. The only drawback is that it is almost 27 cm high with the motor on the bowl, which is quite large.
