Description
With the Princess 267003 Sous Vide Stick you'll surprise your friends and family with a culinary dinner, with as main course a perfectly cooked roast. Cook ingredients slowly and at a constant temperature with this sous vide stick. Pack your steak, salmon or vegetables vacuum before putting them in a pan with water. Click the sous vide stick on the edge of the pan. You can set the desired temperature and cooking time via the display. After use, clean the sous vide stick easily with warm water and a bit of detergent.

Great sous vide stick

We bought this stick as a 2nd sous vide. Sometimes you want, for example, to cook asparagus at 88 degrees and then also keep the Hollandaise sauce warm at 60 degrees. The stick heats up the water quickly and according to the manual the accuracy is plus/minus 1 degree. We were pleasantly surprised that 60.0 degrees measured with our Thermapen was 59.9 degrees. As a Coolblue second chance, it is also extra affordable.
