I've been using the stand for a few weeks now. The stand consists of 2 pieces and is assembled within seconds.
The stand stands firmly on the desk with enough grip on the feet to hang your headset on, even if you do this too quickly. There is a handy hook on the head that stops your headset from rocking back and forth a bit and so that the headset does not have to hang perfectly in the middle for balancing, which is of course also easy.
The only thing less is that the left leg is slightly bent and 'hovers' a bit above the desk. This is clearly visible when no headset is attached, but not very disturbing. The legs consist of 1 piece of hard plastic and this is not easy to bend straight and maybe a good thing. I think it's a production error that can happen more often...
When my Astro a40 headset is attached, both legs are neatly straight on the desk. Since most other standards are easily 2 or 3 times as expensive, you get great value for money.
