It is a simple, compact device with a nice distinctive design. The build quality could have been better, because you have to pay attention that you hook it in at the front and back when placing the water reservoir. It warms up fast enough and the on/off button on the side that goes from red to green is very clear. Making a cup of coffee or other hot drink is very easy. The device is also very easy to keep clean. Only with a cloth and descaling you are there. With a bean machine you regularly have to rinse and clean the brewing group, but that is not necessary here. However, I do not like the device, precisely because of its simplicity. You have to stand by it the whole time, because if you don't turn it off in time with the lever, it will empty the entire water tank. So there is no protection against this and then all the coffee is all over your counter. I also find the cups with 0.25 EUR per cup of coffee or 0.50 EUR per cup of cappuccino quite expensive. Especially if, for example, I also find the taste of the Grande Intenso very bitter and sour. Drinks with milk such as chocolate milk or Latte Macchiato are also not special and clearly taste like water. If you've ever used a milk frother, it certainly can't beat it. I also find it annoying that most drinks such as Cappuccino are already sweetened with sugar. I would think it would be better if this was not the case and the user can add this afterwards to taste / health. Also the amount of plastic waste from the large cups is something I have my doubts about in terms of "green" behavior. My final conclusion is therefore that it is a simple device to quickly put various drinks on the table. However, given the cost of the cups, I would prefer a machine with coffee pads in this case. If you value the taste of your coffee more, I would definitely go for a bean machine.

I can immediately be positive about the taste, the lungo has a delicious taste. The Infinissima looks great on the counter and the red cord is a nice touch. However, the machine has a, for me at least, disadvantage: no automatic turn. Imagine: It's Monday or Sunday morning, just out of bed. Time to start the day with a nice cup of coffee. So you put a cup in the machine mug underneath and turn it on. You are not fully awake yet, but you are hungry. So you take the yogurt from the fridge at your leisure and fill your bowl. And then BAM! wide awake, the coffee!. Fortunately, you are still in time, but unfortunately the coffee has become too weak because the machine does not switch off automatically. For one an advantage, you can better adjust how you want the taste of the coffee. For me, it's mainly getting used to the fact that coffee is not turned on and doing something else and then taking a clear mug from the machine. Failed twice, but then I learned. A point for improvement would therefore be that there is a possibility to choose different strengths and that the machine still shuts off by itself.
