You prepare dishes for around 4 people in the Le Creuset Oval Casserole 27 cm Orange-red. The ideal pan for a family or if you like to eat with friends. Thanks to the oval shape you can easily stew elongated pieces of meat, such as pork tenderloin or beef rags. The pan is made of enamelled cast iron. Cooking with a Le creuset is fantastic! Everything works, nothing is burnt (eg sausages), the taste is better than making a stew in a regular pot! Soups, mashed potatoes, stews, game, casseroles, everything tastes delicious in this! I already had a Creuset, but with 2 boys growing up, you simply need bigger pots.
