It really is a "plug and play" adapter, I plugged it into my gaming computer because I'm used to the playstation controllers and after holding it in for 3 seconds I could already play, even though I went from the other side of the play in the room as many console gamers like to do, then it still worked perfectly, the adapter is also very small so that it does not disturb visually but also easy to take with you if you go on a trip or to another occasion and want to be able to play with your favorite controller, the disadvantages are that because it is small it will also be a bit risky for some people, if you are someone who has already bent a lot of usb sticks and other cables this is not recommended, and it must also be said that the adapter only will work with apps and games that the normal PS4 controller with cable also works on, so many older games that came out before the time of the playstation 4 will simply not recognize your adapter. but other than that, it's a blast, and my hour-long sessions on rainbow six siege and battlefield 1 have definitely improved now that I can finally play the way I want to again.
