The Bresser BR-2240 Daylight Set 1875W consists of 3 soft boxes, light tripods, 125-watt daylight lamps, a boom arm, and a sandbag. Thanks to the maximum light output of 375 watts, this set is suitable for full-body portraits. The soft boxes are collapsible, making them easy to set up. This way, you can easily take the set with you to a wedding. The included daylight lamps have a color temperature of 5,500 Kelvin, meaning they produce light that's equal to daylight. You can set the height of a soft box according to your preference, using the included boom arm. The sandbag keeps the boom arm properly balanced, giving you the option of lighting a subject from above.

Bought this set as a novice photo enthusiast in combination with a Bresser background system to create a small, mobile photo studio at home. The softboxes are nicely packed in a sturdy nylon carrying bag and they are easy to set up. The frames of the softboxes are sturdy and everything is stable. The only drawback of the frames are the plastic connectors. It remains to be seen how long these can be properly secured. The light is beautiful, the light output is reasonable. A camera with a bright lens (for example f1.8) is necessary to be able to take photos with low ISO (100 or 200) where a shutter speed of 1/200 or lower is needed. For still lifes or people who can sit reasonably still, this set is more than enough to make a good light setup with an f4-5.6 lens, for example for portraits.
