The Bosch PIE611BB1E induction cooktop has 4 cooking zones. You can adjust the power of those zones very accurately. in a relatively simple installation I have this device specified as 2 phase perilex connected to a single phase 230V normal plug. with most brands this is not possible, but with Bosch (and Siemens) this IS possible !! (unfortunately do not have a separate cooking group) the user manual tells you exactly how to connect it and how you can then also set the maximum available power from 1000W to a maximum in steps of 500W. so if you don't have a heavy power connection available, you can just use this plate, and if you eventually have a real cooking group built, you are immediately prepared with a max of 7.4kW :) once everything is set up and pans tested, operation is also a breeze. handy timers and many setting levels. also easy to clean. Please note, if you set a low power, then you cannot of course cook extensively on all the burners high, but with a bit of planning (getting used to) you can work around it just fine. I have the plate on 2.5kW (so very low) but can still cook fine with 3 burners and keep 1 warm .... after I have further "screened" the power supply on where exactly what is connected and at which stop, the power can be increased :)
