Description
You prepare dishes for around 6 people in the Le Creuset Oval Dutch Oven 31cm Matte Black, the ideal pan when you cook for several times at the same time or when you're dining with many people. Thanks to the oval shape, you can easily stew elongated pieces of meat, such as pork tenderloin and beef rags. The pan is made of enameled cast iron. This makes the heat conduction very good and the inside smooth, so that ingredients don't stick to the pan. Cast iron is also a durable material. If you maintain the pan properly, it'll last for years and maybe even generations. Thanks to the even heat build-up and distribution, the pan is very suitable for stews. You can make a vegetable stew or prepare a whole chicken that you cook in beer.
Note: the Le Creuset Dutch oven 32cm is large. That means it's possible the induction cooking zone doesn't cover the entire bottom of the pan.Key specs

Cooking with a Le creuset is fantastic! Everything works, nothing is burnt (eg sausages), the taste is better than making a stew in a regular pot! Soups, mashed potatoes, stews, game, casseroles, everything tastes delicious in this! I already had a Creuset, but with 2 boys growing up, you simply need bigger pots.
