Unfortunately, there is only one video on this and each exercise explains in detail how to perform it, which is of course good. But when you know how to perform them, there is no video that will take you through them quickly. For a lighter or heavier training you will have to find your own way.

The device is not made for us Dutch people, because with my height of 1.88 meters the device is not always comfortable to use. Although it can be adjusted in length, it is not enough to sit in a comfortable position. The ease of use also decreases a bit, but that is negligible. So if you are 1.90 or longer, I advise you to test the Wonder Core II somewhere before you want to purchase this product.

The rowing set is very useful for training the many other muscle groups, but when your muscle strength increases, the rowing set can become too easy. There is a “Â'Wonder Core II Rowing Set PRO” available with more resistance, but unfortunately this is not available at Coolblue. Although the standard rowing set is sufficient for me for the time being, it contains enough resistance.

When the Wonder Core II is folded, it won't fit under my bed; when folded it is 30 cm high. So who knows, it might fit under your bed.
