Use the Chef'sChoice Knife Sharpener CC4643 to make your kitchen knives razor sharp. The knife sharpener has a handy shape so you can hold it firmly, and easily grind each knife in 3 steps. You effortlessly sharpen both European and Asian knives with a smooth or serrated cut. The first 2 steps are meant to be sharpened and with the third step you polish the knife. You also use that last step between the major maintenance turn to refurbish the knives occasionally. The precision guides ensure that you always cut into the right corner.
