Bought this knife sharpener and have not regretted it for a moment. About 8 times through each slot with each knife and the blades are razor sharp, even with our chef's knife that is made of hard steel it becomes razor sharp and tell me now ... who doesn't like working with a sharp knife, it is really a joy to cook like this :p
