Description
With the WMF Profi Frying Pan 28cm, you can sear large pieces of meat and fish with a crispy layer, thanks to the stainless steel coating The TransTherm bottom spreads the heat well and retains the heat longer. So less energy is needed to keep the pan warm. The pan has a handle that stays cool, so you can easily lift it while cooking. The specially designed rim around the pan allows you to easily pour gravy over your piece of meat. This pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven. After use, simply put it in the dishwasher.

Great pan for a good price.
Good product for a reasonable price. The edge is a bit too high for baking pancakes and crepes. The pan is ideal for all other work. Very much with it.

Even compared to much more expensive pans, this metal/brand is still my favorite. The roasting effect works as if cooking with direct heat. Much heavier in comparison than other pans, but meat/fish all cooks with the greatest of ease. Vegetables that are always limp also get a nice brown edge in a short time.
