Description
The KitchenAid Artisan Bowl-Lift 5KSM7580XEER Empire Red stands firmly on your counter and has 500W of power. This allows you to easily and quickly knead heavy bread dough. Aside from the dough hook, you'll also get a wire whisk and a flat mixing hook. This way, you can mix batter and light preparations, like egg whites or cream, in the mixing bowl. The mixing bowl is very large thanks to its 6.9L capacity, so you can mix a lot of batter or dough in one go. The mixing bowl has an anti-splash lid and you can easily adjust the height with the handle. This way, all the ingredients up to the edge of the bowl are mixed, but you can also easily remove the preparation from the bowl.

We used to have a small model of robot in our business. Now 20 years later this really is the best of the best. Strong engine and complete for a "hobby" baker-confectioner. The motor has no problem with bread dough from 2 large loaves of bread, and for pastry, this machine is child's play. In short: excellent helper for the kitchen.

The device meets my expectations namely kneading a bread dough with +/- 1.8 kg without any problems. flour. Securing the bowl in the device does require some skill.

What a level jump compared to the "regular" Artisan! Quieter and much more powerful motor handles tough tasks like making larger amounts of bread dough with ease! This makes baking even easier...
