With an AEG steam oven, you can choose from 4 different steaming levels to prepare your dishes. Use SteamBake and SteamCrisp for a crispy crust on your pizzas, casseroles, and dough. The oven adds steam at the start of the baking process. The oven uses hot air for the rest of the process. With SteamBoost and ProSteam, the oven uses steam for the entire baking process. This way, you can also steam vegetables and fish. ProSteam also gives you the option of preparing sous-vide meals. This means you can cook your fish, meat, or vegetables in a vacuum-sealed bag, perfectly retaining the taste and vitamins.
