Description
Your barbecue lasts longer with the Boretti Ceramica Limone + Boretti BBQ Cover Ceramica Large. On the cooking surface with a 45cm diameter, you can grill for up to 8 people at the same time. You can use various cooking techniques, thanks to the charcoal basket and the partially removable rack. You can grill directly and indirectly or expand your kamado with accessories (not included), such as a pizza stone or a barbecue pan. You can place all your ingredients on the side tables and hang your barbecue tools (not included) on the 6 tool hooks. Thanks to the underframe with wheels, you can grill at a comfortable height and easily move the barbecue. The 2 side tables are collapsible, so you save space. Put the included cover over the kamado, so it doesn't get damaged.

The Boretti Ceramica large is a beautiful and high-quality kamado. I've had it for a week and have BBQed with it 4 times and I really like it. The taste of the meat is much better than with the gas BBQ. I do notice that I have to use a lot more coal than I am used to to get it hot (above 150 degrees).
